Refund Policy for Peer2Peer Board Meeting Tickets:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for tickets purchased for Peer2Peer board meetings. Refunds are granted solely to the original purchaser of the ticket. Refund Request Procedure: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our designated refund address. Requests must include the purchaser's name, contact information, and details of the transaction.
Refund requests made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled board meeting date will be processed in full. Tickets are non-transferable between individuals without prior authorization from Peer2Peer. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the board meeting by Peer2Peer, ticket holders will be notified promptly. Refunds for cancelled events will be issued automatically to the original method of payment.

Terms and Conditions for Peer2Peer Board Meetings
Attendance: Attendance at Peer2Peer board meetings is subject to the purchase and possession of a valid ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior authorization from Peer2Peer.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the board meeting.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Sandrock Business Ltd, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by attendees during peer2peer board meetings. Attendees assume all risks associated with their participation in the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.
Sandrock Business Ltd and peer2peer reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue of the board meeting without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by Peer2Peer, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the refund policy.
Intellectual Property: All materials, presentations, and content provided during Peer2Peer board meetings are the intellectual property of Peer2Peer and/or its speakers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited.
Attendees grant Peer2Peer the right to use their likeness, image, or voice in any photographs, recordings, or promotional materials related to the board meeting. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
